Dealing With Emotional Stress
Emotional Stress is probably the most difficult stress for people to deal with. Although we are not counselors or psychologists we find as Chiropractors that emotions and what people are thinking, or telling themselves each day directly contributes to their overall health and wellness. This page will discuss various tips to improve the mental component of health and wellness.

A word of caution though these are meant to be open and honest and "in your face" as the only way to improve your life is to be brutally honest with yourself and sometimes that is not so easy!
